At Interact One we take a two-pronged approach to strategically managing our client's digital marketing program and their internal or external stakeholders.
Audit
The first step of our engagement is the Audit. In this phase, we are looking at the past and current state of the client's digital marketing efforts validated against best practices. We identify any gaps in processes or shortcomings that may be identified.
Our audit process includes the following areas:
- Content - Social, Website, Blogs, Videos, Newsletters, etc.
- Marketing Vendor Agreements (External Stakeholders) - Contracts, Pricing, and Services
- Internal Stakeholders - Responsibilities
Upon completion of the audit, the client will have a detailed understanding of what is being done and by whom, the quality of work, and whether or not it can be improved upon.
Optimization
The second step, Optimization, starts with helping our clients identify their Vision, Target, and Strategy going forward. Once those have been identified we can begin optimizing their content and managing their Digital Marketing stakeholders in an aligned and strategic manner on a monthly basis.
Besides SEO, SEM, SMM management, and content optimization, we may also perform the following tasks during the optimization process:
- New Vendor Sourcing
- Vendor pricing and service renegotiation
- Internal Stakeholder training
- ROI Analysis
Each month we will work with the stakeholders to achieve a continuous improvement mentality to ensure best practices.
